Seller Responsibility: As a seller, you are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information provided about the item(s) you are listing for auction. This includes but is not limited to, descriptions, images, condition, and any other relevant details.

Auction Listing: By listing an item for auction, you authorize the platform to display the item’s information to potential buyers. You acknowledge that the auction listing may be subject to moderation and may be removed if found to violate the platform’s policies or applicable laws.

Bidding and Sale: You understand that placing an item for auction does not guarantee a sale. Bidding on your item(s) is subject to the discretion of potential buyers, and you agree to abide by the final sale price as determined by the highest bidder at the conclusion of the auction.

Payment and Fees: In the event of a successful sale, you agree to promptly complete the transaction with the winning bidder, including arranging for payment and shipment of the item(s) as specified in the platform’s guidelines. You also acknowledge that the platform may charge fees or commissions for the use of its services, which will be deducted from the final sale proceeds.

Communication and Resolution: You agree to maintain open and honest communication with both the platform and potential buyers throughout the auction process. In the event of any disputes or issues arising from the auction or sale, you agree to work towards an amicable resolution with all parties involved, with the assistance of the platform if necessary.

Liability and Indemnity: You understand and agree that the platform is not responsible for the accuracy, quality, or legality of the items listed for auction, nor for any transactions conducted between you and buyers. You hereby release the platform from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the platform’s services.

Compliance with Laws: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing online auctions, including but not limited to consumer protection laws, tax obligations, and export/import restrictions.

Modification of Terms: The platform reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to regularly review these terms for any changes, as continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Termination of Services: The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to its services if you are found to be in violation of these terms and conditions or the platform’s policies.
